The
department of quality is concerned with the issue of
watching over the implementation of the hospital rules and
policies in all sections; it also cooperates with the other
departments to reinforce theses rules and examines carefully
their implementation. Besides, this department works on the
preparation of the medical data and statistics to present
them to the administration so that the latter would take the
suitable measures.
