
Patients & Visitors Guide
Pre-Admission (OR)
This process is simple and quick. In case you must undergo surgery, your Doctor will make the reservations for you and make the relevant test prior to your entry. Otherwise, please come to the Admission Office on the ground floor.
Admission
On the day of your admission and upon completing the required documents at the admission desk, you will be guided to your floor. As you arrive to your floor, you will be received by your nurse who will accompany you to your room.
In emergencies, your nurse will accompany you to your floor.
We are available around the clock to assist you and arrange for any special requests (extra bed,..).
What to bring for your hospital stay:
– Personal identity card
– Signed consent form.
– Other medical documents (upon physician request)
– Third party payer approval (relevant forms)
– Personal Belongings: Slippers
– Toothbrush, toothpaste, brush, emergency telephone numbers
What not to bring for your hospital stay:
– Jewelry, expensive belongings, money.
Discharge
Upon Discharge, your Doctor and your nurse will make sure your post-hospital experience is a safe one by providing you step by step with the necessary knowledge. You will be guided, also, towards completing the required documents on the day you head back home (contact: Billing on 4015).
